Kate Wright is known for her sensational figure, but has told her fans that she never weighs herself and instead uses the fit of her clothes to measure herself.
Former TOWIE star Kate answered some fan questions on her Instagram Stories about her healthy lifestyle as she promoted her new book, Fitter Happier, Healthier.
One followers asked her: “Do you weight yourself?”, to which the 28 year old wrote: “Never. I hate weighing myself. I don't think I have for years…. PT's have, but I don't look.

“As women, our bodies fluctuate so much and I don't think the scales are a true representation of what we really are.
“They can send us in a downhill spiral. I know how I feel in my clothes and that's how I measure myself.”
Kate also opened up on her strict fitness regime and how she stays motivated.
Answering more fan questions, she said: "I just generally feel better and more relaxed when I work out, it's that simple.
"I know if I have a workout in the morning I'm ready to take my day on, full steam ahead.
"I just think about how good I will feel after and that normally gets me in the gym.

"If I really don't feel like it, my body is sore or I'm tired, I will rest and listen to my body! I haven't worked out in a couple of days but I've been super tired and that's OK!"
Lifting the lid on her incredible fitness and health secrets in her book, Kate revealed she limits herself to one sandwich a year.

“I never feel like there's any goodness in them. The only ones I do have sometimes are the Christmas sandwiches with turkey, stuffing and cranberry. I may have one, once a year as a festive treat, but that's my lot.”
Kate also opened up on life since becoming a step-mum to Rio’s three children; Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11 and Tia, eight.
Kate – who married Rio in Turkey in September – writes: “Leftovers are tempting. I'd used to have my dinner and then mindlessly pick at whatever the kids had left as well…
“Now if the kids leave food on their plates, I'll put anything salvageable straight in the fridge then I'll throw the rest away immediately so I'm not tempted to pick.”
