SOMETIMES we spend the whole year planning for the big day only to realise we have forgotten something and have to make a quick dash to the shops.

Therefore, it's worth bearing in mind that supermarkets, including Asda, Aldi, and Tesco, will be adjusting their opening hours during the Christmas period.

When you can head out to do your grocery shopping will depend on the individual opening hours of each supermarket.

Bear in mind though that some of the individual stores may have different opening and closing hours, so do check before heading out.

Below we outline what each supermarket is doing over the Christmas holidays.

Tesco

Tesco's opening hours will vary from branch to branch so customers should check the supermarket's store locator.
