Former Love Island star Tommy Fury won his debut US boxing fight after facing off against Anthony Taylor on Sunday night in a four-round fight.

The 22 year old spoke to the cameras after he won the fight and dedicated his victory to his girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague and his dad.

Neither Molly-Mae or Tommy’s dad could be in the US to watch him take to the ring, but he made sure to give them both a shout out.

Tommy said: "Dad, Molly, I wish you could be here tonight, but that was for you.

"We’re learning, we’re building, we’re gonna keep winning, and hopefully you can be here next time. I love you both."

Molly, 22, was proudly watching back in the UK, and shared videos of Tommy on her Instagram stories, writing: "7-0. Champion."

And as her man – who she met on Love Island in 2019 – dedicated his win to her, she wrote: “Get home boy."

While Tommy is excelling in his boxing career, it comes days after Molly-Mae made a huge announcement of her own, as she has been named the Creative Director of PrettyLittleThing.

Sharing the huge news, the star wrote: “I’m beyond ecstatic to announce that I am the new CREATIVE DIRECTOR of @prettylittlething for UK/EU.

“This is the biggest move in my career so far and I can’t explain my gratitude to my favourite brand in the world for trusting me with this role.

“PLT have had faith in me from the VERY start and to now be a Director within the business feels like a complete dream come true. I hope you’re all ready for my visions to come to life within this incredible brand…

“To celebrate this huge news I’m bringing you without a doubt my best collection to date, I’ve worked on this collection now for SO long and I’m beyond proud of it! Now LIVE and available to shop…. I can’t wait to see you all in it!”

Molly-Mae spoke in an exclusive interview with OK! about her exciting news.

Speaking about the job offer, Molly-Mae said: "It's been in the works now for quite a few months, it's been a lot of discussions back and forth, and we were actually talking about it earlier, when Umar put it forward, I think I just couldn't believe it.

She continued: "I couldn't believe that he was going to trust me with that role. I was like "oh my god, Umar actually believes in me that much to put me as creative director." I don't think it's still sunk in yet.

"I think that the 15-year-old me is screaming to get to work with them, and being asked to be creative director is just obviously no one could dream of doing that, it's just crazy."
