Big Bridgerton fan? Us too. And like us, you’ll probably go into ‘I have to stay there immediately!’ red alert whenever you see a posh stately home or a fancy hall that has the same aura as the sets we fell in love with on the show.
Hawkstone Hall in Shropshire, West Midlands, completely fits that very specific, very bougie need.
Sitting in the last part of England before you reach Wales, near the market town of Shrewsbury and quaint little town of Wem, this magnificent, luxurious hall is available to stay in, and even host your wedding (imagine!)
Here’s what you can expect from your stay…

You can even bring your dog along for a luxurious weekend of pampering and great food.
Hawkstone Hall provide a limited amount of dog-friendly suites they can arrange with enough notice (and a £20 fee for housekeeping) and will even provide a ‘yappy meal’, a goody bag full of treats and a pet check-in card (adorable) for your furry friend.
Nearby activities
If you’re looking for something to do nearby during your stay at Hawkstone, the hall is a quick taxi and a train away from Shrewsbury market town, where you can go shopping, grab a bite to eat and have a few drinks. The town is also home to a lot of history, being the birthplace of Charles Darwin with a lot of Tudor buildings still in tact.
Also nearby are the Hawkstone Follies, where guests are able to walk on some of the most scenic hikes and walks in the UK, and the famous Hawkstone Park championship golf course (you can work on your swing) less than a mile away.
If you’re looking to truly embody old school traditions for a classic country jaunt, there’s even a spot for laser clay pigeon shooting.
But if shooting isn’t for you and you’re looking for something more peaceful to do off-grounds, there’s a nearby space for some serene wild lake fishing.
If you’re up for a weekend of pure luxury, pampering and countryside tranquillity (who wouldn’t be?) you can book your stay on the Hawkstone Hall website.
