Holidaying with Jane McDonald: The Caribbean sees the 59-year-old visit a number of islands in the region, starting with Barbados.

At one point, Jane donned a blue swimsuit to head into the sea and try her hand at paddleboard yoga.

Jane was guided by her instructor, Tiffany, and Jane told viewers: "This is standup paddle board yoga, designed to strengthen the body whilst being in touch with nature."

Once on top of it, Jane and Tiffany sat cross legged as the instructor explained: "Paddleboard yoga is really good for the core and really good for balance.

But when Tiffany asked Jane to raise one of her legs out behind her and then one of her arms, the presenter got into difficulty.
