KHLOE Kardashian has made a heartbreaking promise to Tristan Thompson's younger brother Amari.

Following the death of Tristan and Amari's mother Andrea on January 5, Khloé took to Instagram to share a heart-wrenching post.

Sharing several photos of her with Andrea and also Amari, Khloé began the caption: "I have been avoiding this…. Avoiding accepting this is real. I have so much to say but nothing at all….

"I have so many emotions and still I feel numb. Life can be brutally unfair at times and This has been one of the toughest times in so many of our lives.

"But at the same time, I feel blessed that I am lucky to have had someone that makes saying goodbye so incredibly difficult.

"So difficult that I’m choosing not to say goodbye for good because that is something I cannot fathom. Goodbyes for good are something I don’t believe in."

Mom-of-two Khloé continued: "I KNOW I will see you again. I know I will hear your sweet voice and infectious laugh again. I know I’ll get to feel that embrace of yours.

"I’ll see you again with the many that have gone before you that I so desperately miss, love and cherish. So, I’m choosing to say, that until I see you again in Heaven, I miss you and I will continue to miss you more and more every single day."

Khloé added: "I know you are with our Lord and Savior. I know you are rejoicing up there. Dancing and singing and probably yelling “who does that!!” because we are crying at your loss.

"At the same time, I know you never wanted to leave your boys. They are your entire world. They will learn to live with the hole in their hearts because they are warriors just like their warrior mommy.

Basketball player Tristan has three brothers: Dishawn, Daniel, and Amari.

Amari – his youngest sibling – suffers from epilepsy, a brain disorder that causes recurring, unprovoked seizures and sometimes loss of awareness, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Tristan established The Amari Thompson fund back in 2013 in honor of his brother.

It was made to benefit Epilepsy Toronto to heighten awareness, education, and funding for the disorder.

“Everyone has their motivation,” Tristan said back in March 2022 following a Bulls’ shootaround, according to NBC.

“For me, it’s my brother and my family. My Mom has had to sacrifice each day as well. She’s had to watch a child for basically 24-hour care. That takes her away from her own life and freedom.

“Most parents who have kids in the NBA, their parents are able to go to Vegas or Atlantic City and go to islands. For her, it’s not always the same. I use that as my driving force to try to make both their lives easier.”
