HOMEOWNERS will know that it can cost a small fortune to give any room in your house an update – and the garden is no different.

But if you're looking to give your outdoor haven an instant glow up on a budget, then you may just want to pop down to your local Dunelm store.

That's because shoppers have been going wild for the store's mega sale – with prices slashed up to a whopping 75% off garden buys.

Delighted Julie Hurrell hurried online and posted a snap of her mega haul to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.

She penned: "Bargains at Dunelm sale today 75% off all garden buys."

First up, she posted an image of a £79 super chic grey sun chair which she managed to get her hands on for the hugely discounted cost of £19.75 – meaning a whopping saving of £59.25.

Amongst her other bargain buys include a '2m Shanghai Parasol' in red that she snapped up for a heavily reduced price.

Rather than forking out the whopping £59 original retail price, she instead paid just £14.25, meaning she bagged herself a very impressive £44.75 saving.

Next, she nabbed a silver planter that'd been slashed from £32 to just £8, along with a black plant pot with stand that'd been discounted from £25 to £6.25.

Julie added: "Also really good reductions on garden lounge sets – some were £500 reduced to £100.

"Also small patio sets were reduced to £115."

It wasn't long before the post racked up several comments from shoppers, with many eager to head down to their local branch to snap up some of the bargains on offer.

"That chair," wrote one, followed by the love heart eye emoji.

A second penned: "We've just been today and got this, which we have put up already and it's lovely."

And it's not the only high-street store sending bargain hunters into a frenzy in recent weeks.

Fabulous previously told how shoppers have been showing off the huge bargains they've managed to nab in Asda's mega sale – with prices starting from as little as 39p.

Amongst the thrilled shoppers was Sammie Jay, who managed to get her hands on some hugely discounted fluffy grey cushions for just 80p each.

Alice McGrath was one of many shoppers who showed off her mega cleaning haul online.

She nabbed a Glade luscious cherry and peony odour spray, Febreeze orange and neroli air mist, Glade beach days and waves air mist, and Air Wick spring breeze and Island vanilla reed diffuser.
