Since London-based artist Olaolu Slawn opened the doors to his BeauBeau’s cafe, the East London spot has become one of the go-to places for creative and like-minded people to congregate for good coffee and conversation. Now, Slawn’s spot — which is named after his daughter — has announced a new partnership with Australian streetwear brand, Kusubi, with the duo opening a temporary BeauBeau’s on London’s Carnaby street.

Slawn and Ksubi’s close-knit relationship goes way back. The pair unveiled a garment collaboration last year, one that channeled Slawn’s irreverent self-expression onto staple Ksubi pieces alongside 50 hand-painted and custom-designed denim styles. Additionally, this is the second in-person collaboration between Ksubi and Slawn following the success of the first partnership that coincided with Ksubi’s store launch in November 2022.

Now, the duo’s latest collaboration welcomes an all-new BeauBeau’s installation in Ksubi’s London flagship store, where fans will be able to grab themselves a free portion of jollof rice while having the opportunity to shop a limited drop of BeauBeau’s x Ksubi T-shirts.

The BeauBeau’s x Ksubi in-store pop-up will be open to the public on Saturday, December 2 from 2 p.m. through to 10 p.m. at Carnaby Street, London, W1F 9PF.
