Katie Price's decision to follow pals Kerry Katona and Danielle Lloyd in setting up an OnlyFans account hasn’t proved as profitable as she had hoped.
So in a bid to boost her coffers, the newly single 43-year-old has vowed to make the content racier for fans who are willing to part with £12 a month for posts.
A source said: “OnlyFans wasn’t as lucrative as Katie thought it was going to be. She thought it would help pay off her debts, so she’s planning to go raunchier.”
And according to our source, Katie’s willing to push the boundaries now she is single – as ex-fiancé Carl Woods wasn’t keen on her sharing half-naked snaps.
“We heard Carl wasn’t that keen on her dressing sexily,” our source continued. “But now she’s not with him, she thinks she could put sexier stuff on there.”
Kerry and Danielle have previously spoken about how they’ve made a successful living from the adult content site. Kerry, 41, has claimed OnlyFans has made her “a millionaire again”, while Danielle, 38, said it “helps pay the mortgage and feed my children”.
Meanwhile, former Hollyoaks actress Sarah Jayne Dunn reportedly earned £7,200 in just a week after joining the site.
When announcing her new venture earlier this year, Katie admitted she would be sharing “unedited footage” of her life and “behind the scenes” shots.
Some fans complained about the kind of content being posted. One wrote, “Won’t be resubscribing, see more on Google or newspapers! Very disappointed and let down.” Another said, “As everyone else has said, I won’t be subscribing again.”
But it seems Katie is determined to attract a flurry of new followers and get the cash flowing in. She has teased that future content on the site will include a guest appearance by former Playboy Bunny and Love Island contestant Hannah Elizabeth, 31.

A second source said: “Katie hasn’t got as many subscribers as she hoped for. She’s been advised to post more sexy pictures, as that’s what people want to see.”
The news comes after Katie split from car dealer Carl, 33, last month despite rumours that they were set to marry. Following their break-up, Carl advertised that he was selling explicit photos of himself for £6.07 on his own OnlyFans account.
Meanwhile, a data research expert has predicted that Katie could make serious money on the platform.
The expert said, “Katie is no stranger to an explicit photo, and our data has revealed she can expect to make around £686,400 from monthly subscriptions on the platform.
“And with some complaining that her current content is no racier than what you can see on Instagram, Katie may benefit from charging for racier pay-per-view private messages that cost up to $50 (£37).”
