Goldie Hawn has taken to Instagram with a short clip in which she has shown off her ageless physique for fans. The star has shared insight into the astounding benefits of regular exercise, as she stunned her followers in her workout gear.
She addressed her 3.4 million followers with the clip and a caption to explain her point.
Goldie was dressed in a small black fitness one-piece as she shared a clip where she could be seen enthusiastically bouncing on a small trampoline while espousing her opinions.
In the caption, the actress wrote: “Research shows that people who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional wellbeing.
“Physical exercise can help boost our mood, concentration, and also help us achieve a positive outlook on life.”
