THE much anticipated Nickelodeon hotel has finally opened – and guests can stay in themed suites from their favourite TV shows.
There is even a SpongeBob SquarePants themed penthouse room with a huge outdoor pineapple on the balcony.
The Nickelodeon Hotel, which opened in Riviera Maya in Mexico this week, has enough to do that you won't need to leave the resort.
Inside the hotel are 280 swim up suites with artwork from the many TV shows.
However, it is the rooftop penthouse suites which will be a favourite with kids.
The Pineapple Suite is based on SpongeBob SquarePants with aquatic decorations and toys based on the popular characters.
Guests will feel like they are under the see with a floor-to-ceiling "porthole" window, as well as with the infinity rooftop swimming pool.
The Lair Suite is for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fans with two bedrooms, an infinity plunge pool and is decorated with a green and purple turtle theme.
The main attraction is the six-acre water park Aqua Nick with 2,000sqft of slides, as well as a lazy river, 18m Soak Summit Tower and the Bikini Bottom beach.
There is also a Kid's Club at the hotel with ball pit, slides and daily activities, along with a Slimulator – where you and the family can all get slimed.
Of course, kids can meet the characters walking around, including SpongeBob, the Ninja Turtles and Dora.
There are also six restaurants, three bars and an on-site spa, with rooms starting from $295 each per night, but with Mexico currently on the red list, Brits may have to wait until next year to visit.
A huge Nickelodeon theme park is also open in New York at the American Dream attraction, with three record-breaking rollercoasters.
