A fit gran who's often mistaken for someone in their 20s lifted the lid on her dating life.

The mum-of-three takes pride in her appearance, so much so she often has to pull out her ID to prove her age.

She boasts thousands of Instagram followers where she shows off her jaw-dropping workouts online.
And when it comes to her dating life, Ninette has very strict rules.
Speaking exclusively with Daily Star, the gran revealed she'd never date anyone below her son's age.
She said: "I take relationships very seriously and I play for keeps so I don't actively date.
"But I am looking for that 'true love'. The 'Notebook' kind of love. I believe in fate and whoever I'm meant to be will find me."
The gran-of-one turned to weightlifting when her 24-year marriage ended around four years ago.
She spends around six hours a week pumping iron and also has a few records in powerlifting to her name.
Despite being single now, Ninette doesn't just let any man into her bed either.
"Sex is very important to me but it shouldn't be taken lightly," she explained.
"Your body is sacred and you should not give it to just anybody."

The trainer continued: "Sex is an energy exchange to me… an exchange of mind, body and spirit.
"Only someone very special deserves that."
Ninette feels that lifting weights makes her "feel sexy".
She revealed: "Maintaining muscle at my age has given me the confidence to be comfortable in my skin, to look great naked.
"I feel sexy and that energy exudes in the bedroom."
Although she feels "young at heart", Ninette doesn't want to entertain young men who fantasise about dating older ladies.
She often attracts a variety of lads, but she would never go for anyone below a certain age.

Ninette added: "I would never date anyone half my age which would be around 27.
"My rule is no one younger than my son who will be 35 this year."
Ninette started focusing more on fitness when she studied to become a personal trainer.
And since making the career change, she's become a competitive powerlifter with national records under her belt.
She explained: "I still have one world record in my age and weight class.
"The world record was from when I was 45 in that Masters class."
