Martina Big shot to fame after going under the knife.
The 33-year-old model, from Germany, made it her mission to get the “biggest breasts in Europe”.
She has risked her health by getting multiple boob jobs over the years, which has seen her bra size reach a giant 32T.
But what did Martina look like before her extreme transformation?
The influencer shared a throwback picture with her 58,000 followers – and in the jaw-dropping image she has blonde hair and a natural skin tone.
While she has curvy 32D boobs in the photo taken 10 years ago, her curves are significantly reduced.
Martina captioned the image: “The photo on the left was taken 10 years ago, before I had my first plastic surgery.
“In the meantime I've changed from head to toe.
“One of the biggest changes has happened to my breasts.”
The model’s post garnered dozens of likes – and many were blown away by how much she’s changed.
One commenter gushed: “I absolutely love your transformation. You are just so beautiful.”
Another said: “You were beautiful before this whole transformation!
“But yes, it’s not up to strangers to decide what you do with your own body either.”
And a third added: “Nice transformation I must say.”
While many love Martina’s makeover, it hasn’t come without complications.
Her expandable implants are inflated by a doctor using saline solution via a valve under her armpit.
Despite her ginormous boobs bringing her so much joy, she now can't even put her seat belt on in the car and uses a belt extender.
Martina also has to sleep on her back or use lots of pillows to prop her body up if she lies on her front.
She "trains her back regularly" so doesn't suffer back pain.
And she pays for her surgery using money from modelling and TV appearances.
In May 2012, she had her legs, hips, and waist narrowed. A couple of months later, she had a nose job and lips fillers, as well as porcelain veneers fitted.
Meanwhile, the former air hostess, who lives in Germany with supportive husband Michael, revealed two years ago she wanted to be identified as an African black woman.
She was born white with blonde hair but has boldly stated that she is helping to empower black women with her own appearance following radical tanning injections to change the colour of her skin.
She even travelled to Kenya to be baptised with a new Swahili name – Malaika Kubwa, which means Big Angel – and said she wanted to live as a ‘true African woman.’
Unsurprisingly, this sparked a lot of controversy.
Martina wasn’t bothered by the criticism though – further adding fuel to the fire by insisting kids she has with her white husband will be born black.
