Here come the girls! We absolutely love it when the ladies get to take over and take centre stage, so we couldn't be more excited to see both Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson take over This Morning presenting duties today.
With International Women's Day fast approaching (8 March) – these two leading ladies took to our screens together this morning to show who really Runs The World.
Alison, 47, and Josie, 37, look absolutely sensational as they opted for pretty frocks to take over our screens this morning on the ITV show.
Alison Hammond went for a gorgeous turquoise and black floral midi dress, with Josie alongside in a burgundy number – looking glowing as they pose side by side.
Alison shared the post of the two leading ladies on her Instagram, with the caption: "going live on This Morning see you there xx" with Holly Willoughby commenting: "Yaaaaaas!!!! I want to be there!!!!"
Josie's gorgeous deep red midi frock is from online favourite ASOS, and a steal at just £38.

As for Alison, she opted for a turquoise version of the exact same dress she wore last week in pink from Yours Clothing.

There is clearly no lack of love between the dynamic duo, as Josie took to her Instagram to wish Alison a happy birthday at the beginning of the month.
Josie posted to her 323 thousand followers: "Thank you for your support your wisdom and infectious happy energy. You Alison Hammond are one of a kind. I'm sending you so much love.. Happy Birthday my angel."
Alison replied to the sweet post: "Arh thanks Josie" – we love these two!
Just last night Alison Hammond took to her own Instagram page to share to her followers her latest collection with In The Style.
Writing to her one million followers, Alison shared: "My lovelies there are still some pieces left in my latest collection with In The Style.
"This curve exclusive collection was so much fun to work on, and there really is something for every occasion. Let me know which styles you’re loving. (Psst shop today and you may get yourself a bargain)."
