Shopper notices a VERY awkward fail on a drum kit at an op shop leaving fellow bargain hunters in hysterics – so can you spot it?

An Aussie man has spotted a very awkward fail at an op shop in Adelaide, leaving his fellow bargain hunters in fits of laughter.

Kyle, from Adelaide, shared a snap of a drum set on sale at his local op shop, but instead of drum sticks, the instrument came with two knitting needles.

Taking to Facebook group I Love To Op Shop, Kyle wrote: ‘Dear Savers, Those are not drumsticks,’.

He attached a photo of three drums and a pedal taped together, with two 12mm needles strapped to the top.

His fellow savers certainly saw the funny side – with many joking it was a great deal and a good way to grab some free knitting needles.

‘Old pearl drums by the look of it – worth a fair bit … the needles on the other hand?’ wrote one.

‘A good way to ‘snare’ a bonus pair of knitting needles’ joked another.

‘My 2 year old son would beg to differ, everything is a drum stick if you believe in it,’ joked another.

‘I’m crying with laughter….. redneck drumsticks lol,’ said one.   

‘Yep it’s a “stitch up”!’ added another.

‘Two different art forms in one package = bonus!’ wrote one.

‘Maybe the drummer has a couple of hobbies on the go,’ said another.

‘That’s so funny how could anyone think they’re drumsticks,’ joked another.

‘Finally my two hobbies can be combined Knit one, snare two,’ penned one.
