A bloke dubbed the "most modified man in the world" looked totally unrecognisable in a throwback snap of himself as a kid.
Marcelo "B-Boy" De Souza Ribeiro is known for his eccentric inkings and extreme body modifications.
Over the years he's had various procedures to make himself look different including fanged metal teeth, skin implants and a split tongue.

It's thought he's splurged around £29,000 on transforming his bod to look like an "alien devil".
He thinks 98% of his body has been altered to try and achieve the unique look.
In the past the dad-of-two revealed he even split his hand in half, but now he's opened up about chopping an entire finger off too.
In a throwback snap he shared from his childhood, you'd never believe it was the same person.
When he was a kid both of his hands were in tact, he had no tattoos and his head was full of hair.
Marcelo said: "I'm making a new modification that doesn't exist in the world yet.
"I was already researching body modifications in the world and – from what I saw – no one has yet made a similar one.
"After how I made my hand recently, I found it interesting to do the other one in a different format, which I expect to resemble an alien hand.
"[I got] the inspiration after looking at an image of the hand, and I wanted to finish mine perfectly so that it looks natural, as if I was born with it in this format."
Marcelo, who has 1,500 tattoos, said the procedure was carefully investigated for two weeks before he underwent surgery to have his index finger delicately cut off at the knuckle.
It was pretty quick and smooth, and it didn't appear to hurt that much, as he scored the level of pain a six out of 10.
Even though it was manageable, he admitted he felt "sore" for the first five days.
Now it's much closer to healing and he's getting used to his brand new "claw".
He added: "I'm getting used to it, and can move my hand normally.
"I'm managing to do everything as usual, such as writing, tattooing and playing the violin.
"People have already seen my hand and thought it was interesting, but have said they don't have the courage to do it.
"I'm happy with what I've done and my family won't stop me, because they know I work on my body and look."
Marcelo has two children – Aleff Ryan, 10 and Hilary Beatriz, 20 – as well as a four-year-old grandson.
His latest procedure didn't cost him a penny, but he admits he gets a lot of reaction from the public, and most of it is positive.
"I always get attention wherever I go, and people are always curious to know if they (modifications) are real," he said.
"They take photos and make videos of me. People are delighted and surprised to see so many tattoos."
