PICTURE EXCLUSIVE: Bikini-clad Ivanka is all smiles as she packs on the PDA with a shirtless Jared during day at out a waterpark with their three kids – amid claims Trump children were compared to the Beverly Hillbillies by Melania’s chief of staff

  • Ivanka, 39, and Jared, 40, took kids Arabella, Joseph, and Theodore to a Miami waterpark on Sunday
  • Ivanka wore a bikini with a white coverup and a pink scarf in her hair
  • She and Jared, who went shirtless in black swim trunks, shared a kiss and stood with their arms around each other at the pool
  • Excerpts from the upcoming book by former White House aide Stephanie Grisham have been painting an unflattering picture of the couple
  • Grisham said she and others referred to Ivanka as ‘the princess’ and both she and Jared as ‘the interns’
  • She also revealed that Melania Trump’s chief of staff feared that the Trump children would embarrass the the US and look like the Beverly Hillbillies

Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, enjoyed some poolside PDA this weekend as their kids splashed nearby at a Miami waterpark.

Ivanka, 39, was dressed for some sunshine on Sunday, donning a printed purple bikini layered with a white eyelet coverup, which she accessorized with a pink scarf in her hair and some oversized sunglasses.

While children Arabella, Joseph, and Theodore had fun nearby, mom and dad had some fun of their own, sharing a smooch while a dripping, shirtless Jared toweled off from the water.

The couple seemed carefree despite the unflattering portrait being painted in the press this week as excerpts of former White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham’s new book have been released.

In the latest revelations, pritned by TMZ, Grisham shared how former First Lady Melania Trump’s chief of staff Lindsay Reynolds feared that the Trump children would embarrass the United States when they all attended a state dinner with the Queen in London in 2019, comparing the family to the Beverly Hillbillies.

Ivanka certainly appeared to be the picture of happiness on the family outing.

Carrying her phone and a cup of coffee from Starbucks, the mother-of-three was all smiles and warmly greeted admirers.

She even took time to pose for a selfie with one man who approached her.

But the day appears to have been mostly about family, with Ivanka and her three children posing together for a poolside photo.

All were protected against the sun, the boys wearing long-sleeve shirts with their swim trunks and Arabella wearing a long-sleeve shirt over her bathing suit as well.

Only 40-year-old Jared, it seems, went shirtless, and was photographed exposing his abs and body hair while towling off in his black swimsuit.

He and Ivanka, were married at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey on October 25, 2009, indulged in some PDA while the kids played.

Besides sharing a kiss, both put their arms around one another with Ivanka taking a moment to pick something off of her husband’s back as he walked just in front of her.

The whole family appeared untroubled, and certainly were showing no signs that they’re bothered by any tidbits coming out about them in Grisham’s new book, ‘I’ll Take Your Questions Now: What I Saw at Trump White House.’

Grisham was a 2016 campaign aide who became First Lady Melania Trump’s spokeswoman, before being elevated to White House press secretary and communications director from July 2019 to April 2020.

She then returned to the East Wing to serve as the first lady’s spokesperson, again, and chief of staff.

Her book hits shelves tomorrow, but several outlets have already published excerpts.

The most recent was shared by TMZ today.

Grisham described working in the Trump White House like being in a ‘clown car on fire running at full speed into a warehouse full of fireworks.’

She caims that Ivanka and Jared tried to get themselves into a meeting with Queen Elizabeth II during Trump’s visit to the UK in 2019, which would have been a ‘wild breach of protocol,’ according to The Washington Post.

Melania’s chief of staff Lindsay Reynolds, for one, was worried that the Trumps wouldn’t be well received.

‘We’re going to look like the Beverly Hillbillies,’ she told Stephanie Grisham, according to Grisham’s forthcoming book. ‘We’ll be an embarrassment to the whole country.’

The Beverly Hillbillies was a popular show about a poor family from the Ozarks who strike it rich with oil on their property and soon relocate to Beverly Hills — where they are often awkwardly tacky and out of place.

Though Ivanka and Jared didn’t manage to get their desired invites to Trump’s meeting with the queen, they did attend the state dinner.

‘I finally figured out what was going on,’ Grisham wrote. ‘Jared and Ivanka thought they were the royal family of the United States.’

Grisham also wrote about some unflattering nicknames White House staffers used for Ivanka and Jared.

Ivanka obliged when a fan asked to take a picture with her and gamely smiled for the photo

She chatted with the man for a few minutes, looking more than happy to enjoy a conversation with him

While Jared happily tested the waters, Ivanka seemed content to watch on from the sidelines

Both she and Melania called Ivanka ‘the princess,’ while Grisham personally nicknamed Kushner ‘the Slim Reaper’ for getting involved in projects designated for others.

Grisham added that she and Melania also would call Jared and Ivanka ‘the interns’ for their tendency to jump into all manner of subjects in the White House.

‘When I worked for the first lady in the East Wing, we had all come to call Jared and Ivanka “the interns” because they represented in our minds obnoxious, entitled know-it-alls,’ writes Grisham in her new book, I’ll Take Your Questions Now, with her musings on Javanka excerpted in Politico.

Their involvement became problematic in the early days of the pandemic, as the White House struggled to come up with a policy and a communications response.

‘Mrs. Trump found that nickname amusing and occasionally used it herself. Now, during one of the most important crises to hit the country in a century, the interns were behaving true to form,’ she writes.

Ivanka seemed to be in very high spirits as she soaked up some quality time with her family

‘It was another example of Jared sticking his nose into things that weren’t his expertise.’

One clash came in March, after the World Health Organization had declared COVID-19 a pandemic.

Top aides were debating a partial travel ban — and whether Trump should address the nation to convey the seriousness of the pandemic.

Grisham invited herself to one of the meetings she writes ‘just “happened” all the time.’

Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx were there, and advisors pitched closing the nation’s borders to travelers from Europe. Another topic was whether Trump should speak to the nation amid growing alarm.

‘In the middle of all the discussion, Ivanka kept chiming in, “But I think there should probably be an address to the nation tonight.” I let that pass because in my mind there was no way we could pull one off with no speech prepared, no communications strategy, no consensus on anything we had just started discussing, and only a few hours’ notice,’ writes Grisham.

‘We did a lot of random things in Trump World, but that just seemed too crazy even for us.’

Aides clashed over whether the nation should close borders (although the initial policy would take hits for being inconsistent).

‘Finally, Ivanka turned to her most powerful ally besides her father. “Jared, don’t you agree?” Any guesses as to what Jared replied?’ Grisham writes.

She had her own doubts about a presidential address — but admits she didn’t share them at the time.

‘In my mind I kept saying, “This is not a reality TV show. We cannot address the nation with a bunch of mumbo jumbo just so he looks presidential. That’s not how this works,’ she wrote.

And Ivanka, the women’s rights / small-business / crisis communications / and now Covid expert, just kept repeating, “There should be an address from the Oval.”

Trump told aides to ‘figure out what to do,’ according to Grisham.

‘Ivanka was also doing her “my father” wants this and “my father” thinks that routine, making it impossible for staff members to argue a contrary view,’ she wrote.
