Selling Sunsetstar Heather Rae Young shared the exciting news thatshe and husband Tarek El Moussa are expecting their first child togetherearlier this month.
The estate agent, 34, has now revealed thegender of her first child in a lavish partywhere she was surrounded by her family and friends.
The couple discovered the sex of their new arrival by shooting surprise confetti cannons into the air as they were joined by Tarek’s children with ex wife Christina Haack Taylor, 11, and Brayden, six.
Heather, Tarek, Taylor and Brayden had a confetti cannon each and when the news was revealed screams and cheers could be heard from the background.
The confetti cannons saw the family’s yard suddenly become a lot more blue and an overjoyed Tarek, 40, shouting “it's a boy”.
To celebrate their baby boy, the pair’s gender reveal party was certainly a lavish affair and one that was well documented by Heather on her Instagram Stories.
She looked incredible in a white halterneck dress but it was the back that was certainly sure to turn heads.
In sparkling letters, the back of Heather’s low-cut dress had the words “baby El Moussa” dangling over them.
While the mum to be made sure she was baby ready whatever the gender as she showed off her white manicure and a pink and blue heart on each hand.
Heather posted a snap of herself after the party detailing that she was “shaking” and her “heart was racing” just moments before the family found out the gender of their latest arrival.
The party celebrated the pair’s happy news and dotted around were signs that the baby could be either a boy or a girl as they posted snaps of bottle openers coming in both colours just in case.
Heather’s sweet table followed this same theme with trays of goodies in both pink and blue as guests guessed the gender of the baby.
Ahead of the gender reveal party, Heather shared snaps of herself getting glammed up for her and Tarek’s big announcement.
In a video shared to her Instagram Story, the mum-to-be was surrounded by a glam squad as step-daughter Taylor was also getting some pampering.
She then proceeded to ask the 11 year old if she was “team boy or team girl”, to which she replied: “team girl!”
Meanwhile, Heather said: “I don’t care either way, I’m just excited to find out.”
The doting step-mum went on to share a snap of six year old Brayden, who was allegedly “team boy”.
Heather announced her happy news on Instagram alongside a string of professional photos where Heather could be seen showcasing her blossoming bump, the 34 year old real estate agent wrote: “Surprise!!! Baby El Moussa coming early 2023!!" followed by a white heart emoji.
