Leigh-Anne Pinnock welcomed twins just six months ago, but the Little Mix star has already got her pre-pregnancy body back.
The singer, 30, has wowed fans over recent months with her bikini snaps on Instagram, with many surprised at how quickly the star has bounced back after her pregnancy.
Leigh-Anne, who recently shared a sweet photo to mark six months since she welcomed her babies, welcomed twins with footballer fiancé Andre Gray, 30, in August 2021.
The star's personal trainer, Aimee Victoria Long, has now opened up about Leigh-Anne's fitness routine, and revealed that she hasn't been hitting the gym since giving birth.

Aimee, who has been Leigh-Anne's trainer for around two years, explained how the star is now back to a size six, and how she focuses on being "strong, healthy and fit".
Speaking to The Sun, Aimee, 28, said: "Leigh-Anne is someone who trains for health benefits and to feel strong, rather than someone who is stuck to getting a number on a scale, but she is back to a size six again.
“She really embraces her body, she seems to love her body and never says anything negative about it, but she wanted to be strong, healthy and fit for the children."
The personal trainer also gave a glimpse into Leigh-Anne's personal fitness regime, with the singer completing workout sessions via Zoom.
Aimee continued: "We do all our sessions online over Zoom right now. She is in her new home and she doesn’t have a gym in there at the moment, so everything she has achieved is just using a resistance band, a mat, some ankle weights and some light handweights.
“She is probably in better shape now than she was before she had the twins. I think she just looks fantastic in all honesty. She is just glowing as a mum and that really shows.”
Leigh-Anne was also keen to keep fit during her pregnancy, with Aimee adding: "Leigh-Anne worked out the whole time she was pregnant, literally until she was about to give birth.
"But obviously the type of training she did had to be changed while pregnant so it became about rehabilitation, injury prevention and preparation for birth, as opposed to jumping around and lifting heavy weights."
Leigh-Anne previously praised her body while she was pregnant, and shared a snap of her blossoming baby bump on Instagram alongside a sweet caption, which said: "Time to give my body some credit… this is the hardest thing I have ever done, I have struggled these past few weeks.
"Swollen hands and feet, bruised ribs and then chuck in a whole heap of hormones to the mix, but then I think about what's actually going on inside this belly and I'm mind blown… creating life… I am so proud of how far I've come and so grateful for this blessing."
