This year’s TRIC Awards, in partnership with OK!, promise to be an afternoon of glam red carpet action from the best-loved broadcasting stars.
Hosted by Roman Kemp, the awards celebrate the finest in TV, radio and online content while raising money for selected charities that change each year.

This year, notable nominees include host Roman Kemp for Best Radio Personality and Bridgerton for New Drama.
Piers Morgan is going up against his former co-host Susanna Reid and BBC presenter Huw Edwards in the Best News Presenter category.
While the coveted TV Personality Award could be Ant and Dec, Alison Hammond or Bradley Walsh.
The awards also celebrate the best in podcasting with nominees including Chris and Rosie Ramsay’s Sh*gged, Married, Annoyed, which is going up against David Tennant Does A Podcast With… and Off Menu with Ed Gamble and James Acaster.
Every year, the Television and Radio Industries Club elects a well-known broadcaster as president and previous elected stars have included Dame Barbara Windsor, Kate Garraway, Lisa Snowdon and Lorraine Kelly. This year John Barrowman has been chosen as the TRIC president.
The actor has selected LGBTQ+ charity Akt and veteran supporting Combat Stress as his chosen charities.
Akt supports LGBTQ+ young people aged 16-25 in the UK who are facing or experiencing homelessness or living in a hostile environment.
While Combat Stress provide specialist treatment and support for veterans suffering from PTSD, anxiety or depression from every service.
