Fakeaway meals have become increasingly popular in recent years with people recreating their favourite takeaway meals from home. Discount retailer Aldi first launched their takeaway range with a Garlic & Herb dip and have now expanded the range just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Inspired by Domino’s gooey cookies, Aldi have launched their own, costing just £1.49 for four cookies.
The discount supermarket explains that this is £3 cheaper than from the popular pizza chain.
They are made with Belgian dark chocolate pieces and are best served warm with ice cream according to Aldi.
The new cookies launched on February 10 and are in-stores now.

Toppings include Cheese Feast as well as Double Pepperoni and they are also available to pick up right now.
Sides also include Aldi’s famous Garlic Pizza bread which sold out countless times last year when fans went crazy for it.
The 99p garlic bread is topped with mozzarella, tangy tomato and punchy garlic.
It is also served in a take-away style box, perfect for recreating takeaways at home for much cheaper.
