MRS HINCH has splashed out on a new five-bedroom Essex farmhouse and has already begun planning her DIY projects for her new forever home.

Taking to Instagram, the 31-year-old shared a list of all the new DIY projects she plans to complete in and around her new home.

Mrs Hinch revealed she was excited to get on with her DIY projects with her dad, who also has his own workshop at the new property, which she said she couldn't be happier to give to him.

In 'Grandad's Workshop' Mrs Hinch put a list together of all the projects they plan to start, including; a barn wall for her son Ronnie, repairing the treehouse for Ronnie and her youngest son, Lennie, and creating a swanky new driveway using resin and installing outside lights.

She also listed; a compost crate, water trough, a hay feeder, an oak front door beam, and restoring some of the garden.

From the look of the list, Mrs Hinch may be adding a few more animals to her family.

She wrote: "Dad and I have written some of our projects on our whiteboard!

"Seeing dad so happy when in here (his workshop) really is everything.

Mrs Hinch has been showing offthe huge grounds of her property on Instagram as she rode on a new sit-on lawnmower that she has called ‘Martha.’

She showed a photo of the beautiful large grounds and said: “This picture gives me goosebumps because I took this the day I went to view the house for the first time.

“This is the lawn at its best.

“And the lines in the grass made me smile because they remind me of my hoover lines.

“P.S. I’ve called her Martha. Martha the mower. Welcome to the fam.”

The stunning home features a grand wooden staircase, stables and sprawling grounds.

She could be seen celebrating the family's new home by nailing a Hinch Farm sign onto the fence.

In a caption alongside the post, she penned: “It's time to write a new chapter in our story.

“This still doesn't feel real and we will never be able to thank you all enough because without our crazy little insta world this wouldn't be happening.

“I can't wait to take you all along with us!! Welcome to Hinch Farm everyone.”
