A FEMALE firefighter has revealed the response she usually gets from strangers when it comes to her job.
The influencer defied her haters as she posed in her work uniform for her followers.
TikTok user Tyann (@tyann_ames) poked fun at the people who doubted her ability to become a firefighter.
In her video, the first responder pointed out how many times people had no faith in her.
"A year gets added to your life every time someone says ‘you can’t, you’re a woman,'" the content creator explained.
She then proceeded to dance along to the song Fame by Irene Cara, which includes the lyrics "I'm going to live forever."
"I guess I’m immortal now," the firefighter joked in the caption of her video.
Tyann also showed off her firefighter uniform, including her overalls, gray tee, and helmet.
A fire engine can be seen in the background of the clip as the TikToker proved her sexist haters wrong.
Another female firefighter received so much attention people are threatening to burn down their homes just to meet her.

A female EMT has driven her followers to ask for CPR after showing off her work uniform.
TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on Tyann's career.
"Girl, I felt this. I’m a lieutenant and I’m constantly being told I don’t deserve the sport or I won’t ever make it," wrote one viewer.
Another impressed follower said Tyann is "looking good."
