A KEEN secondhand shopper claims to have found one of the best charity shops in the UK – and they sell brand new PLT stock for as little as £1. 

Ella shared a glimpse inside the huge Barnardo’s charity shop at Ashton Under Lyne in Greater Manchester. 



The bargain hunter, known online as @ellamolliee, also shared her cut-price haul, where she managed to pick up eight items for just £6.50. 

In a new TikTok reel, she said: “Today I visited one of the best charity shops I’ve ever been to and it’s Barnardo's in Ashton Under Lyne.  

“Started off strong with this jacket for just £2.50. Found a fake Dolce & Gabbana bag.”

During the 53-second video, she shared some of the pieces in store that she didn’t pick up – including a range of brand new PrettyLittleThing bras and pants for just £1.

She added: “There was so much brand new PrettyLittleThing underwear. 

“Not really my thing but it was only a £1 each, brand new in the packaging. So much of it. 

“Adidas track jacket for just £5. 

“Then I hit gold. Everything in here was two for £1.

“Some khaki parachute pants, this cargo long skirt, a pair of cargos. 

“These denim sorts I’m going to rework into a cargo skirt like the best detailing is amazing. 

“These Puma trackies, and my basket was full. 

“I then went to go and pay and the woman was like, ‘go get a sixth item and then you can get six items for £3’. 

“So went back through it all and I found these linen shorts which I’m going to rework into a mini linen skirt for summer. 

“The total for eight items was £6.50 which is just amazing.”

Below the video, she added another tip for keen bargain hunters, adding: “Ones like these on the outskirts of cities in retail parks are the best.”

Fans loved her bargain haul, with the video gaining more than 44,500 likes and 531,600 views. 

In the comments, other TikTok users shared their thoughts, with one writing: “Properr bargain.”
