A plethora of enticing films are set to hit the silver screens before 2022 rolls its credits, one being Bones and All which stars Timothée Chalamet and Taylor Russell. The movie — which was directed by Italian filmmaker Luca Guadagnino — first premiered at this year’s Venice Film Festival, but it’s slated to make its public debut this November.
Romance and horror collide in this stomach-churning motion picture. The plot takes us through the story of Lee, played by Timothée Chalamet and Maren, played by Taylor Russell, both of which are hungry for love and humans as they find out they each identify as cannibals. It’s equally horrific and heartfelt, and the trailer above — backdropped by the eerie track “You Want It Darker” by Leonard Cohen — shows snippets of their lustful relationship, their ventures across America as well as their gory murder encounters.
Interested in checking the film out? Bones and All is scheduled to hit theaters starting November 23, 2022, just in time for the feast-filled Thanksgiving holiday.
In other news, Netflix recently announced the full cast of Avatar: The Last Airbender.
