Refreshing beverages are going to be a necessary component of the Spring/Summer ’21’s (socially distanced) hangouts with friends. And as if there already weren’t enough options of seltzers to choose from at your local Whole Foods, Topo Chico — the beverage imprint known for its delectable mineral water — is making it even harder as it has just announced the release date for its newest hard seltzer line.
“We are seeing incredible excitement for the launch of Topo Chico Hard Seltzer with drinkers and retailers alike,” said Matt Escalante, senior director of seltzers at Molson Coors. “Topo Chico Hard Seltzer is a modern take on refreshment that brings entirely new character to the red-hot seltzer category.”
For these alcoholic drink, Molson Coors Beverage Company mixes purified sparkling water and natural flavors with minerals that contribute to its refreshing and crisp taste. Four flavors are featured on the lineup including Tangy Lemon Lime, Exotic Pineapple, Strawberry Guava and Tropical Mango. Each will be produced in four-flavor 12-can assorted packs, as well as two 24oz singles and one 16oz single can.
Nine states are expected to carry these beach-ready refreshments starting on March 29, 2021. This includes Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, in addition to six metro areas such as Boston, Chicago, New York City, Northern New Jersey, Seattle, Vancouver, Washington and Washington D.C.
