Jonathan Anderson‘s LOEWE presented an 8-bit dream for Spring/Summer 2023’s womenswear showcase, and now the “Pixel” capsule is finally here to shop.

In a lookbook captured by Jules Moskovtchenko, we find a “digital world decontextualized,” reimagining LOEWE staples in a pixelated fashion. Notably, the Puzzle Edge bag sees its supple calfskin leather construction decorated with pixelated squares that grace the cuboid accessory’s geometric lines, informing what’s to come in the rest of the capsule.

Pieces seen on the runway, such as the technical knit hoodie, tech-knit top, Duchesse silk satin trousers, and the pixellated LOEWE Anagram Logo T-shirt, all make a splash in the real world. The shapes of each are either cut-out like a retro character’s uniform, or covered in a print that blurs the line between IRL and virtual.

Likewise, baggy denim jeans, a trucker jacket, and a denim skirt see the classic blue base updated with dark and light square detailing that add the 8-bit touch, and to ensure the approach is continued across the board, all the pieces will be packaged in special pixelated bags and boxes.

Per the brand, the capsule’s ethos centers around “Blown-up pixels [that] create a real-world glitch.” If you’re Player 1, head over to LOEWE’s website and boutiques to cop the collection now.

In other news, Stüssy and Martine Rose are coming together soon.
