Following a note that Apple will comply with the European Parliament law that requires all mobile phones, tablets, and cameras sold in the EU to have a USB-C charging port by the end of 2024, a leaked image of the Apple iPhone 15 Pro with USB-C port has surfaced. The leak confirms rumors and renders that have theorized the adoption of the new port and discontinuation of Lightning connections on the upcoming models.

Courtesy of Apple insider Unknownz21, the image of the Apple iPhone 15 Pro was a response to CAD render showing the USB-C port. Playing adding a caption that read, “That’s cute./Anyway, here’s an actual close up of the USB-C port on the iPhone 15 Pro. No imagination or rendering required.” It has also been reported that the metal body of the phone will be constructed of titanium, which looks to be the case as a different polished finish can be seen.
