A Place in the Sun’s Laura Hamilton has revealed she’s set herself up for a huge challenge as she enjoys the sunshine.

The 41-year-old looked glamorous as she relaxed on a boat while on holiday in southern Spain at a luxury hotel resort.

Laura recently paused her usual sunshine snaps to warn fans about a scary scammer pretending to be her online.

They were using fake photos to convince a ‘worrying amount’ of friends that it was Laura’s second account.

Having set the record straight, the presenter posted a stunning swimsuit snap to her one and only Instagram account.

She shared she had signed up to do the London Marathon for children’s charity Well Child.

Laura looked glam in a low cut geometric print swimsuit, relaxing with her oversized sunglasses on in the sunshine.

‘Can’t believe what I just committed to today… let the training begin… it’s going to be a big challenge but all for an amazing cause @wellchild,’ she wrote with hashtags such as ‘londonmarathon’.

Places in the annual London Marathon race are hard to get but anyone is allowed to run on behalf of a charity in the hopes of fundraising for them.

Laura’s chosen charity is Well Child, which supports children and young people with serious illnesses live normal lives.

‘Wow – that’s a brilliant commitment – you’ll have to put the training miles in but sure you will smash this,’ said one fan.

Another added: ‘You can do this but it’s more mental than physical. You need to want to do it even when you don’t feel like it. Good luck with it all x’

A third supportive fan wrote: ‘If you haven’t ran London Marathon before you are in for treat. Good luck with the training.’
