First Dates star Laura Tott has given birth to an adorable baby boy.

After announcing her pregnancy in April, the waitress turned paramedic shared a sweet update to her Instagram stories.

With a clip of him yawning in his cot, Laura wrote: ‘He’s here… Leo Clarke 28/08/23.’

She later re-shared a video of her baby boy enjoying a cuddle with his auntie, before adding: ‘Thank you so much for every single message.

‘Can’t believe he is here, a little earlier than expected.

‘He is absolutely perfect and we are beyond smitten in our newborn bubble.’

Laura, who keeps her private light out of the spotlight, tied the knot with her husband in Devon last year, in a romantic beach wedding.

Earlier this year, she shared the exciting news of her pregnancy with a video of a polaroid picture being printed showing off her blossoming baby bump, next to some ultrasound snaps.

First Dates Maitre’d Fred Sirieix was amongst those offering his congratulations, alongside TVstar Melvin Odoom, who wrote: ‘Congratulations guys so beautiful.’

Laura rose to fame on the Channel 4 programme, before revealing in January 2021 why she was no longer part of the series.

She wrote at the time: ‘As you can see I do not appear in this new series of First Dates.

‘They have moved up North to a new restaurant and wanted to freshen up the team for this series with some new local faces among the old faces, so I will not be featuring in this new series of First Dates unfortunately.’

Laura went on: ‘To be honest, I don’t actually know how I would have fit filming in this year with working during the pandemic, I’ve needed everyday off to chill out so it’s actually been a welcome break I’ve missed the whole team though that’s for sure.

‘That doesn’t mean it’s over and I’m still very much part of the First Dates family and hopefully I’ll be back again real soon. Can’t wait to watch the new series. Good luck to the new waiters/waitresses this series.’

First Dates is available to watch on Channel 4.
