The first official trailer for Focus Features and CNN Films’ Roadunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain has been released.

Directed by Won’t You Be My Neighbor? filmmaker Morgan Neville, the trailer features interviews from some of the late chef/author/host’s closest friends and colleagues including David Chang, longtime producer Tom Vitale, Eric Ripert — who found an unresponsive Bourdain in his hotel room — and Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme, the latter of whom appeared on an episode of No Reservations. Bourdain is fondly remembered by the people who appear in the documentary as they talk about the genius behind his craft, his approach to life and the struggle he may have faced in regards to his mental health. Neville described in a statement that he wanted the film to capture Bourdain “in his own voice and in the way he indelibly impacted the world around him.”

Bourdain died by suicide in France in June 2018 while filming what turned out to be the final season for Parts Unknown. He was 61 years old.
