Sex Education season four teased in Netflix trailer
Sex Education is returning to Netflix for a fourth and final season this month, with fans anxiously waiting to see how it all turns out for Otis Milburn (Asa Butterfield) and his friends.
The show generally revolves around a set of teenagers and their tumultuous love lives as they attempt to navigate the world of sex and relationships.
Away from the cameras, however, the Sex Education cast are also busy with their own relationships, with some proudly putting their partners in the spotlight.
Meanwhile, other stars including Mimi Keene, Kedar Williams-Stirling and upcoming Doctor Who actor Ncuti Gatwa have managed to keep their dating lives on the down-low.
As the final series of Sex Education drops on Netflix today, Express.co.uk gets the low-down on who is dating who in the star-studded series.

Asa Butterfield
Former child actor Asa Butterfield, who plays Otis Milburn on the show, is believed to be currently single.
The 26-year-old star reportedly dated Ella Purnell, whom he starred with in the movie Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, for a year before the pair called it quits.
Emma Mackey
Barbie star Emma Mackey, who plays Maeve Wiley on the Netflix series, has been linked to aspiring actor Dan Whitlam in the past.
However, now she appears to be in a new relationship with photographer and film director Martin Aleman, as reported by Bustle.
He appeared by her side when she accepted her Rising Star BAFTA award, and she even turned to kiss him at the ceremony.
Martin posted a photo of Emma receiving her award with the caption “My Love” afterwards, seemingly confirming their relationship.
Connor Swindells and Aimee Lou Wood
Any Sex Education fans reading will be excited and then heartbroken to hear that co-stars Aimee Lou Wood (Aimee Gibbs) and Connor Swindells (Adam Groff) were dating but have since split up.
The pair posted a number of loved-up snaps on social media early on in their Sex Education journey, but they have sadly since parted ways.
Aimee told Grazia in September 2021: “We’d had some time apart and then we realised that maybe the relationship wasn’t serving us both.
“We still really love each other and respect each other. It was an okay breakup, it wasn’t dramatic.”

Patricia Allison
Patricia Allison, who plays Ola Nyman in the show, has previously been reported to be dating Phillip Walsch, who is an aspiring actor and the artist behind the brand Nihilst.
Judging by the fact that Phillip still features on her social media, the pair appear to be still going strong.
Simone Ashley
Bridgerton star Simone Ashley, who rose to fame as Olivia Hanan on Sex Education, is loved up with boyfriend Constantin ‘Tino’ Klein.
The former lawyer, who has ties to the glamorous world of racing, and the actress appeared to make their relationship Instagram official earlier this year.
The pair also sparked further romance rumours when Simone planted a kiss on her beau’s cheek at Netflix’s glitzy annual BAFTA Awards afterparty at Chiltern Firehouse.
Gillian Anderson
The X-Files legend Gillian Anderson, who plays Otis’ mother sex therapist Dr Jean F. Milburn on the show, started dating The Crown creator Peter Morgan in 2016.
Gillian, who famously played former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher on the hit Netflix show, spoke about her partner in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in 2020.
“For our own sanity, and actually for the benefit of the relationship, we had very clear boundaries,” she explained at the time.
She also revealed that the couple promised each other that Gillian couldn’t comment on Peter’s script, and Peter couldn’t comment on Gillian’s performance.
However, the pair split in December 2020, with a source telling People at the time that they had decided to go their separate ways after four years due to “highly demanding schedules”.
However, this year the pair sparked rumours that they have officially kindled their relationship after attending The Crown Season 6 wrap party together on April 23.
Sex Education is available to stream on Netflix now.
