Marnie Simpson has made no secret of the fact that she has been having the hardest time of her life since she got engaged to partner Casey Johnson last August.
After giving birth to their son Rox in October 2019, the former Geordie Shore star was hit by a chronic bladder condition.
And while she is excited about tying the knot with Casey, her suffering means planning for her big day may be the last thing on her mind right now. After previously saying she has “good days and bad days”, she gave an update on her health last week. “I’m starting my Monday off with another doctor’s appointment,” Marnie said.

“I feel like I live at the doctor’s. Ever since I had Rox, I literally live there. I’m still getting myself sorted.”
The 29-year-old previously revealed her condition means it is hard to make plans. “If I’ve got something planned, I’ll start stressing out,” she told new magazine.
“My doctor said the receptors in your brain are connected to the nerves in your body, so it’s proven that stress is a trigger.

“So I’m always trying to stay calm. I’m trying to eliminate all the possible reasons why I’d flare up and it’s hard because no one understands.” When it comes to her big day, Marnie’s condition could well remain a factor.
“I think I’ve got it under control enough,” she said. “Every day gets better. The birth definitely shook things up and it’s just taken me a really long time to get it under control.”
Marnie and Casey, 25, recently went through a rocky patch in their relationship, sparking rumours that they’d split after they unfollowed each other on Instagram last month.
But things are now firmly back on track.
And when it comes to her dream wedding, Marnie also previously told new magazine, “I want a very simple wedding abroad. Barefoot and beachy, somewhere like Greece.
“I think I’ll have a small wedding, it will genuinely only be about 15 people. Just very close family and friends.”
