The 16 year old son of Madonna, David Banda, showed off his eclectic sense of style in a bright red dress as he stepped out with his famous mother at the Davis vs Romero fight event for the WBA World Lightweight Championship on Saturday.

David showed off his sartorial sense of style at the match in Brooklyn, USA, in the long-sleeved, ankle length T-shirt dress from the highly-anticipated Adidas x Gucci collection, which will officially launch on 7 June.

The dress had a plunging v-shaped neckline, and David made the most of the skin space, donning a number of pendant necklaces.

He also wore blue-tinted shades, a graffiti-printed bag and, of course, Adidas trainers to complete the look.

Actress Jodie Turner-Smith, 35, has been seen before in the same red dress, as she attended a Met Gala afterparty on 5 May with her husband, Joshua Jackson.

Material Girl singer, Madonna, 63, held on tightly to her son’s hand as she strode through the arena.

She, too, rocked an outfit from sports brand in a coordinating black baggy tracksuit, which she glammed up with a pair of black leather gloves and a collection of heavy chains and pendants around her neck and wrists.

She showed off her very smooth complexion, and wore her platinum blonde-dyed hair in a poker-straight style, which stretched to her waist.

Like her son, she wore sunglasses, although Madonna's were a baby pink cat-eye style. In one hand, she carried a leather box bag as she clutched on to her son's hand with the other.

Madonna adopted David from an orphanage in Malawi when he was just 13 months, with then-husband, Guy Ritchie, 53.

The pop icon is also mother to Lourdes Leon, 25, who she shares with ex-love Carlos Leon, Rocco Ritchie, 21, who’s father is director, Guy Ritchie, as well as her adopted children, David Banda, 16, Mercy James, 16, and nine year old twins, Stella and Estere Ciccone.

Madonna recently took to social media to pay tribute to David on his 16th birthday.

She wrote: “David Banda!!' I cannot believe you have grown into This Young Man! This Artist. This Athlete. This Articulate and Charismatic Human.

“Who knew when i met you at Home of Hope Orphanage in Malawi, drinking coke out of a baby bottle and wearing no diaper that you would become this force of nature? Happy Sweet Sixteen!"

The Vogue singer was left “speechless” earlier this week after being banned from going live on Instagram due to some racy pictures she posted.

Seemingly ready to start her video, Madonna was recorded as she said: "We're going live," however, she was stunned after seeing a 'blocked' message on her screen, exclaiming: "What the f***?

"We're blocked from live? What's happening? I've never worn so many clothes in my life. I'm speechless."
