A woman who boasts humongous lips has revealed her latest beauty goal for her cheekbones.
Andrea Ivanova, from Sofia, Bulgaria, previously hit the headlines after revealing she had spent £8,000 on her voluptuous pout in a bid to have the ‘world’s biggest lips’.
In a bid to finance the social media influencer’s pricey habit, the 25-year-old recently auctioned off ‘kisses for cash’ on Instagram to enhance her look in time for the festive period.
Starting her transformation in 2018, with the hopes of looking like a Bratz doll, she’s also undergone further surgery, including jaw and chin filler.
Now, in her latest chase for a new world record, she’s received cheekbone fillers and hopes to achieve the title of ‘world’s biggest cheekbones.’
Andrea Ivanova, 25, from Sofia, Bulgaria, has spent £8,000 in her efforts to get the world’s biggest lips to look like a Bratz doll. Now she wants to move to her cheekbones
‘I want in addition to the biggest lips in the world, to have some of the biggest cheekbones too,’ Andrea, who has 25,000 followers on Instagram (@andrea88476), said.
‘I’ve had four hyaluronic acid injections in my cheekbones so far, but I will undergo two more within the week.
‘For the healing process, I need to avoid strong pressure on the face for up to three days afterwards
‘My aim is to model and gain significant enlargement of them, but of course, I still want bigger lips, too.
‘I will continue with more injections in [both] to make them even bigger.’
To date, the former philosophy student has received over 34 injections in her lips and continues to still have more.
However, she claims several clinics ‘refuse’ to give her more lip fillers, as they are too big and more injections could cause health complications.
Previously, doctors warned her to pay attention to any pain in her mouth, as future procedures could be potentially ‘fatal.’
The former philosophy student began her transformation in 2018, and says she is not afraid of her lips ever bursting

Speaking about her opinion, she said: ‘My lips are still not big enough and I want them much bigger than now.
‘Every month, I will get more fillers, but I can’t even count how much money I’ve spent in total.’
For her cheekbones, she’s spent an estimated £1,600 so far and while she’s content with her new look, not everybody agrees.
Andrea, from Bulgaria, added: ‘There are many negative comments about me everywhere and a lot of people don’t approve of my new enlarged chin either.
The online sensation said she has no intention of stopping her injections, in spite of them getting more and more dangerous as she goes
Andrea plans to have lip fillers done every month in order to achieve her dream look, and wants to spend more on her cheekbones as well
The former student has admitted that her family are not supportive of her new appearance and repeated injections
‘My face is sharper now, but I like it a lot.
‘Even though my family don’t approve of my new look, they have to respect my choice for my change.
‘I don’t worry about people’s comments, as I have my own taste and views on beauty – I follow them strictly.
‘Each person should satisfy themselves without fearing or worrying about the opinion of others because the meaning of life is to be happy.’
Speaking in 2021, Andrew said she isn’t worried her lips could burst.
‘I like them a lot and feel much better with my lips.’
‘Very soon I will do the new procedures for lip and cheek augmentation too,’ she said.
Andrea’s fans are very complimentary of her appearance in the comments of her various instagram posts with many encouraging the cosmetic procedures.
The 25-year-old said that people shouldn’t judge others for doing what makes them happy, like getting extreme filler
Andrea’s ambition was to look like a Bratz doll, a type of toys which have exaggerated features such as pouty lips and long eyelashes
