Davina's mother is actually a second cousin of the late Princess Diana's, so they had grown up in the same social groups.
The exes remain friends, and they attended each other's weddings.
Olivia Hunt
Prince William also previously dated writer Olivia Hunt while at the University of St Andrews, before he got together with Kate.
Friends revealed to royal reporter Katie Nicholl back in 2007 that “William was seeing Olivia when he met Kate and when Kate came on the scene, Olivia moved off pretty quickly.”
Despite this, they have remained friends and she even once went skiing alongside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Olivia is now married to Nicholas Wilkinson, who was once voted Britain's “hottest barrister”.
Rose Farquhar
Rose Farquhar is the daughter of Captain Ian Farquhar, who used to be the Master of the Beaufort Hunt.
Her and Wills were childhood chums, and it was rumoured that they dated for her short time when they were younger.
She is a singer and actress, and even auditioned for The Voice UK back in 2016.
She sang Cilla Black's “Anyone Who Had a Heart,” but none of the judges turned around.
Carly Massy-Birch
During the first term of uni William dated Carly. Their fling was reportedly awkwardly brought up during the drinking game of Never Have I Ever, when Carly said: “I’ve never dated two people in this room.”
Her parents told the Daily Mail: “She went out with William for six or seven weeks when they first arrived at St Andrews.”

Vanity Fair also reported that she said: “We got on well, but I think we would have got on well even if nothing had been going on romantically. It was very much a university thing, just a regular university romance.
“There wasn’t really a club at St. Andrews, so we tended to go to pubs and bars, and there was always a good dinner party going on.”
Isabella Calthorpe
Isabella Calthorpe met Prince William when she was a teenager, through his cousin Princess Eugenie.
She is an actress and also the half sister of Cressida Bonas, who dated Prince Harry.
Katie Nicholl reported in her book 'William and Harry' that the relationship ended on her terms.

She wrote: “Sadly for William she [Isabella] had no aspirations to date a prince and despite his amorous advances declared that she was not interested."
However, Isabella still got her fairytale ending as she married Sam Branson, son of Virgin billionaire Richard.
