A young Ukrainian woman has become a TikTok star after sharing exactly what daily life in a bomb shelter is like.

In order to stay as safe as possible after Russian President Vladimir Putin launched attacks on the country, she has seemingly moved into a below-ground bunker with her mum, dad and pet dog.

The account, which uses the name @Valerisssh has 569k followers, with a video showing, "My typical day in a bomb shelter" being viewed 32.8 million times.

The 22 second clip offered a clear insight into her day – the youngster watched her mum cook on a small stove, conversed with her dad, played with her dog who she noted was confused by the situation and dried her hair with a heat gun.

The most harrowing part of the viral video was when she showed the devastation in her home city.

Valerish stood in a pile of rubble to depict the extent of the damage, and wrote that "Check what Putin do with my city" was part of her day.

She chose the upbeat song “Che Cha Luna” by jazz singer Louis Prima to soundtrack the video, which makes the content even more jarring.

The regular clips are being praised by international TikTok users for giving them live updates of the situation.

New York Times quoted one follower who wrote, “You amaze the world with your resilience. Love from America.”

Other popular videos include a tour of supermarket, where the shelves were empty of any products.

She also gave a tour of the bomb shelter facilities. Clearly trying to find some happiness during the tough times, she joked that her Mum was a Michelin chef and that the toilet is a great place for reading books.

While she has also posted some cooking videos, including cooking pasta which she captioned, "POV: She cooked pasta in a bomb shelter and imagined that she is in Italy."
