Hopefully she’s taking her own advice.

Raquel Leviss was spotted on Tuesday for the first time since leaving a mental health treatment facility, visiting family in Tucson, Ariz. in a statement-making cap — though it’s unclear whether she was sending a message to her former friends or herself.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star, 28, — who now goes by her birth name, Rachel, after three months of intensive therapy — sported a Be a Good Person trucker hat ($35) emblazoned with the brand’s meaningful logo.

She paired the accessory with a striped button-up shirt, bike shorts and white Air Force 1 sneakers.

Leviss also wore a trippy mushroom-emblazoned T-shirt that could be a reference to her relationship with Tom Sandoval, 41, with whom she had a months-long affair that made headlines in March.

The Bravo show captured the scandal from start to finish, including Sandoval’s romantic struggles with his former girlfriend of nine years, Ariana Madix.

When asked what his idea of “quality time” would be in a relationship, the former bartender said, “Take some mushrooms together and watch the sunrise. Let’s go skinny dipping in the pool. Let’s go hang gliding. I like stimuli.”

Missing from the former pageant queen’s outfit was the lightning bolt necklace she purchased on the reality show to secretly match Sandoval’s signature pendant.

It’s unclear exactly where their relationship stands now that Leviss has completed her treatment, though she reportedly ended things in May.

Fans will also have to wait to find out if the waitress will be joining her castmates at some point, as Sandoval and Madix have resumed filming with Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, James Kennedy, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz — but Leviss is in negotiations with the network, with a source telling Page Six she’s playing “hardball” to get “as much money as possible.”

If she does join Season 11 of the Bravo show, Leviss is going to need a strong backup, as things have already gotten heated between Sandoval, Schwartz and Shay; the “Good as Gold” singer was spotted screaming at the “worm with a mustache,” while the business partners have had tense conversations.

While her immediate responses to Scandoval — including her appearance at the Season 10 reunion — have been stoic, Leviss released an apologetic statement sharing that she was “reflecting on my choices, speaking to a counselor and I am learning things about myself such as my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved.”

“I don’t expect sympathy, understanding or forgiveness,” she wrote. “Right now I must focus on my own health and well being [sic] as I strive to be a better person moving forward.”

Hats off to Rachel.
