Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez brought their romance into 2021.

Following the 51-year-old pop star’s performance on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve,” she and Rodriguez, 45, watched the ball drop and rang in the new year with a kiss at midnight.

The former Yankee played the role of supportive fiancé perfectly, standing next to the stage cheering on Lopez as she performed a medley of hits including “Waiting for Tonight” and covered Aerosmith’s “Dream On.”

Though the couple has postponed their wedding twice as a result of the pandemic, perhaps 2021 will be their year.

“We kind of have let it go for a second, and I don’t know what we’re going to do, we talk about small, big,” Lopez said in early December.

“And I think we just feel like, ‘Let’s just wait it out.’ There’s no rush, we’re good, everything’s cool and it’ll happen when the time is right. I feel like it’s not a huge priority to go and have a big wedding right now, that’s not what life is about.”

Lopez and Rodriguez began dating in March 2017 and got engaged two years later.
