A woman who used to work more than 100 hours a week in a corporate job has revealed why she quit the grind to sell sexy content instead.
Carmela Clutch experienced burnout in 2019 after “ticking all the boxes” of what she thought a successful career should look like. The former marketing manager for high-profile sports clubs soon found herself broke, earning under £30,000 a year and doing endless overtime.
However, things all changed around after she was mistaken for an adult star.

The brunette, from Dade County, Florida, who swapped her office job for a sexy career now says the “American dream is a lie” – and that a good degree won’t get you the life you want.
“We are sold a lie – go to school, get the grades, be a good person and you’ll have a good life and America will provide for you,” Carmela, who's now a model, told NudePR.
“But the way I lived was not a dream, it was a nightmare. My fancy marketing degree got me large-name jobs but I was living less than hand-to-mouth – I was coming up short.
“I sub-leased a cheap room, I had no spare time, I wasn’t enjoying my life. Then I was diagnosed with stage 0 cervical cancer and needed a medical procedure to get the all-clear, but I couldn’t get time off work.
“So I quit and at 27 years old I moved back in with my parents to decide what to do next.”
At first, Carmela, 35, went back to college to study medicine. But the stress soon returned and she decided to take a sabbatical.
To earn some extra cash on the side, the stunner, who boasts 349,000 followers on Twitter (@carmela_clutch), worked as a personal assistant for a friend, who was a content creator.
Carmela, said: “Studying medicine, though it was wonderful, it was not for me and I needed to find something that really made me shine. My friend needed help on photoshoots in gorgeous mansions and by hotel pools.
“I watched her create beautiful pictures and then she was using various techniques to find people who wanted to buy them. Then I had an epiphany – I could use my marketing degree for good and make it work for me and my brand.
“At the time, I was doing some work with top names in the Miami Adult Entertainment Industry as a PA. I was on set one day working when a director approached me and said 'are you available to shoot?'
“He had mistaken me for a adult star. We got talking and he offered me a film role so I just went for it. And before I knew it, I was doing starring regularly in adult movies and had thousands of fans online.”
Carmela, who now lives in Las Vegas, tried to keep her new work a secret but her family inevitably found out after someone sent them images of their daughter.
Unfortunately, she says they were not supportive. But having finally found a passion that made her happy, Carmela refused to stop.
She said: “I wanted to tell my parents myself but they were sent images of me before I had found the courage. I'm really disappointed with my biological family's reaction to my career, but as it stands, I have a wonderful support system in place that acts as a family. Turns out friends are the family you choose.
"Once I had a taste of success, financial freedom, and personal autonomy, I knew I could never go back to anything close to a 9-5."
Soon, Carmela was making a six-figure salary. She now only works two days a week, mostly from home – when she’s not indulging in travel – producing, directing and creating her own content.

The model is also launching a merchandise line that will come out in 2024. Carmela added: “Having my freedom and flexibility is everything. I know how it felt to be a wage slave, controlled by a boss.
"In time I would like to shift my focus to building a production house and be the eyes behind the camera, I know what makes it look good. But I’m focusing on growth and building out the brand at the moment.
“Now I have fun and travel, and I’ve made some amazing connections all over the world. My fans say I make a difference to their lives and that’s all I ever wanted – to help people.”
