THIS is the heartwarming moment an Ariana Grande fan was taken in by a kind-hearted stranger after the Manchester terror attack – after a frantic Twitter appeal was launched to find her.
The youngster, named Heather, is reported to have travelled from Scotland on her own to attend the concert at the Manchester Arena where 22 people were killed last night.
Her pal Riley Blackery, from Merseyside, had grown concerned about her safety when she was unable to contact her following the terrorist atrocity.
Riley shared a photograph of the pair together on social media with the caption: “My friend Heather was at the Ariana concert.
"She’s wearing a yellow hoodie and I can’t get hold of her. If anyone’s seen her please let me know.”

She followed this with a series of tweets, which stated: “My internet friend came down from Scotland yesterday and we met and today she went to Ariana concert and I’ve never been more stressed.
“She came down from Scotland on her own, she’s only 16 and her phone’s switched off, she may be around the Premier Inn area.”
Riley encouraged fellow Twitter users to retweet her message.
Riley then received a message from fellow concert-goer Nathan Lamb – who shared a snap of a stunned Heather at his hotel.
The teen looked shocked, covering her mouth with her hand, as she scrolled through messages on her mobile phone.
He wrote: “She’s safe, we’re at the premier inn right now on Medlock street, we saw her on the street and her phone was dead so we let her stay with us.”
Nathan added: “I was at the Ariana show in Manchester and me, Erin and Catherine are all fine, we ran out as soon as we heard the explosion.”
Riley tweeted: “I wanted to thank everyone that helped out with Heather today. I’m so glad she’s safe.”

Thousands of adults, teenagers and children screamed and fled in panic as the terrorist detonated a huge bomb – thought to be packed with nails and bolts – as US pop star Ariana’s concert ended at the Manchester Arena.
Witnesses told of seeing shards of metal tearing into concert-goers in the foyer area of the world-famous concert venue – leaving dozens lying in pools of blood.
The horrific blast could he heard echoing through the packed arena as families tried to make their way home as the concert came to an end just after 10.40pm.
Prime Minister Theresa May has slammed the "appalling terrorist attack", which came on the fourth anniversary of the murder of British soldier Lee Rigby.
