‘As someone with thick, wavy hair, it really takes a strong tool to be able to cut through and make my strands sleek.
‘A little conscious of how much of an effect heat does have on my hair, I didn’t go for the max temperature from the off – which was my first mistake. As the slightly cooler 180 degrees I opted for did mean the straightener needed a few goes over to make it a sleek affair. Which probably defeats the purpose of making it cooler.
‘Upping the temperature slightly did make for lighter work, so I think for those who love a bit of full power they’ll find it easy work to straighten their hair.
