During lockdown we’ve seen more and more celebrities passing the time by taking part in Q&A sessions with their fans on Instagram, and it’s fast becoming one of our most enjoyable ways to learn more about our favourite stars.

And Emmerdale actress Charley Webb is the latest celeb to give fans an insight into her life. Posting a Q&A to her Instagram stories, she asked her 480k followers to post their assumptions about her, to which she would answer yes or no – and one question revealed a surprising connection to Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards.

Someone asked if it was true or false that Charley’s sister had done Perrie’s make-up. The soap star said that this was true, revealing that her sister was celebrity make-up artist Cassie Lomas.

“My sister is an incredible make-up artist,” Charley replied. “I recently did a make-up course at her academy and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life. I definitely want to tell you all more about it soon.”

As well as Perrie, Cassie’s client list contains a long list of other celebrity names, from fellow Little Mixer Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Alex Jones to Rita Ora and even Lady Gaga. In addition to running her make-up academy, Cassie also has her own range of make-up brushes.

And this wasn’t the only secret Charley shared during this interactive Instagram session. The mum-of-three also revealed what she eats, whether she’d ever do I’m A Celeb and if she’d ever make a permanent return to Emmerdale.

“So many of you have asked this. You’ll have to wait and see…” she responded mysteriously to this question.

But when one fan asked if she’d ever take part in the ITV reality show, Charley seemed to have made up her mind.

“I literally wouldn't be able to do a single task and I’m not sure I could be away from the kids for all that time with no contact,” so answered. “So, I guess the answer is probably no.”

The star also revealed she had been vegan for about a year but now eats chicken and fish, explaining that the family eats vegetarian 80 per cent of the time.

Charley has also recently filmed herself doing her own make-up before an appearance on Loose Women, wowing fans with her flawless complexion.

At least now we know where she gets her make-up skills from!
