Home and Away star Sam Frost has revealed that she suffered a nasty fall on her driveway.
The actress, who played Jasmine Delaney in the long-running soap, discussed the accident on her podcast with partner Jordie Hansen.
‘I fell down my driveway, tore some ligaments in my foot, got a huge-ass graze on my leg,’ she told her listeners.
‘If you see a pregnant lady hobbling with some crutches, be polite – it’s me.’
Sam, 33, is expecting her first child with Jordie, who said that he was ‘very proud’ of her in the wake of the accident.
‘Do you know what I love about you, Sam?” he added on Jordie and Sam’s Rural Trip podcast.
‘No matter what, no matter how you’re feeling, no matter how much you’re hurting, as soon as the microphones come on, you always turn it on and give it your best self.
‘I’m very proud of you, you’ve got a really sore ankle at the moment. It’s blown up like a balloon.’
Sending you our well-wishes, Sam!
Sam is best known to audiences for playing Jasmine Delaney in Home and Away between 2017 and 2022.
Jasmine disappeared from screens following Sam’s exit earlier this year, leaving boyfriend Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright) heartbroken, after he’d proposed to her.
‘He’s confused and broken,’ actor Nicholas Cartwright told Metro.co.uk earlier this year, discussing Cash’s feelings in the wake of his split with Jasmine. ‘He can’t see how it came to him being dumped like that.’
Home and Away air weekdays at 1:15pm on Channel 5, with first look episodes airing at 6:30pm on 5Star.
