FAKE eyelashes can be the perfect addition to a makeup look.
But they're also a massive pain to deal with and aren't always cheap.

Luckily, this makeup whizz shared her special trick to get the look of false lashes without the hassle of having to apply them or the price tag.

Posting the video on TikTok, Anna, From Los Angeles, amazed viewers with the simple hack.
The beauty love drew lines on her eyelids to mimic lashes, which amazingly ended up looking very realistic.
She said: "But can you tell?! My hooded eyelid struggles and also one of my favourite lazy girl makeup hacks."
The lines don't have to be perfect, in fact it looks better if they're a bit off, since your natural lashes don't grow in straight lines.

Viewers loved the simple makeup hack: "This is genius omg!!"
Another said: "It literally looks like a filter, what a queen!"
A third added: "The Nyx brow marker is the best thing for this, it's so skinny so I use it for the exact same thing."
One person commented: "Honestly I couldn't even tell until you got up close, you did great!"
Not everyone was convinced by the hack though.
"It looks cute but you do have to be aware of blinking and angles," one person said.
Anna added that she recommends using a waterproof eyeliner if you get oily eyelids, to prevent it from smudging throughout the day.
