A WOMAN has gone viral after fuming about the difference in clothes sizes on the high street – showing a New Look size 10 skirt and a Primark 18 which look to be exactly the same size.
Jessica Quelch took to TikTok to share her find, as she lined up skirts and jeans from different stores in a bid to illustrate the discrepancies in clothes sizing in the UK.
"Now I'm not massive – I'm not skinny either," she began.
"But I would like to know why these three skirts are exactly the same size.
"We've got a 14, we've got a 12 and we've also got an 18 from Primark."
Moving over to a faux leather style skirt, she added: "And that being said, shall we have a discussion about how this skirt is exactly the same size as the one behind it.

"And how this one is a size 10 from New Look and this one is a size 18 from Primark."
She then turned the camera to a pile of jeans on the floor as she continued: "Don’t even get me started on jeans.
"Every single pair of these jeans is exactly the same size, so I’m largely confused, on how we’ve got here.
"These are all exactly the same size yet they all completely fit, and are, different."
