A BOOTY pump expert has revealed the minimal-effort exercises to set your behind on fire.

Her ultimate lazy girl routine will give you plump glutes in minutes.

Gym girl Natalie (@natalieheso) never gatekeeps an at-home workout regimen for women.

In her recent video, she demonstrated movements that make the glutes burn — in a good way.

Everything was done quickly, and she didn't need anything but her body.

First, she kicked the workout into high gear with two sets of 20 fire hydrants for both legs.

Natalie got down on all fours, no mat or anything.

Next, she moved on to do two sets of 15 glute kicks for both legs.

She shot each leg in the air with control.

The same amount of side kicks and folds followed.

This exercise utilized the fire hydrants and a quick stretch to the side.

Drawing a rainbow with her toes, Natalie did two sets of 20 rainbow kicks on each side.

To complete the regimen, she performed two sets of 20 donkey kicks and two sets of 15 donkey pulses.

Natalie reminded women at the end to try her routines online.

"Workout with me, baby," she commented next to a fire and peach emoticon, meaning her exercises will make your butt burn.

A confused viewer asked Natalie to explain the difference between the glute and donkey kicks.

She said: "Glute kick is a straight leg, so it isolates the glute muscles. Donkey is just another variation but with a bent leg."

An eager person admitted: "I'm starting this. Thank you."

"These are great. Thanks," a fan remarked.
