Jumpman roster member Jayson Tatum is being fashioned another Air Jordan 35 PE this season, and this time around its existence is predicated by the tattoo art on his body. This brand new hoops variation emerges hot off the heels of reveal of Carmelo Anthony’s Air Jordan 35 “Carmerlot” PE that’s influenced by his affinity for wine.
Tatum’s previously unveiled AJ 35 PE’s were all color-coordinated to match up with his Boston Celtics threads, but this take goes in a different direction design wise both in palette and decor. A bold and bright red hue stands out overtly down the entire throat, ankle collars and midsoles, while the overlays and mesh mid-foot sections are swathed with lighter beige backgrounds. The overlays also come ornamented with a barrage of lasered in black graphics, some of which include “98” which is the year he was born, a paw print for his recently acquired dog who he named “Bean” after Kobe Bryant, a St. Louis notation for his hometown and more. Interior sides of the tongues embroider in “Deuce” as this is the name of his son.
The enlarged Eclipse plates down below are given a sandy beige coating, while the outsoles complement with a gum finish. Peep a closer look here above at this Air Jordan 35 “Tattoo PE and find the All-Star stretch forward rockin’ these on-court this season.
