A BEAUTY guru who has spent thousands on makeup in her life has revealed the products not worth the money.
Businesswoman Bethenny Frankel regularly shares frank makeup reviews on Tik Tok.
She has now divulged the “expensive s**t” that fellow beauty buffs should avoid – no matter how pretty and tempting the packaging makes the product.
Starting with a fluffy makeup brush from It Cosmetics, the 52-year-old revealed that despite its £62 price tag in some places, it was falling apart.
She said: “This is an It brush.
“It’s clinging on for dear life but its hair is coming out.
“It was expensive and it’s fluffy and I love it but it’s dying and I didn’t do anything to it.
“So, that’s gone.”
Her next item was a Patrick Ta blusher palette that had both creams and powders in it.
Bethenny explained: “I’m heartbroken about this because I think his packaging is so amazing and I just want to love it.

“He should get an award for packaging so I want to say positive things.
“And also mixing creams with powders in with the blush and the eyeshadow is great.
“They’re just shocking when they go on your face and you can’t just make them work.”
Another palette she recommended people against buying was a Pat McGrath Labs eyeshadow one.
The MTHRSHP Mega: Celestial Nirvana eyeshadow palette retails for an eye watering £77.
It includes bright purple, colourful shimmer and deep red pans of eyeshadow.
Bethenny explained: “The packaging is superb and the colours are really pretty.
“I’m intimidated by them.
“I think if you’re a regular person, this might be expensive s**t that’s not worth it.
“I brought it on sale so I’m happy kind of that I have it because I make myself use it.”

She advised that people who were new to makeup or not experts give it a miss because “it’s for the girls that get it”.
She joked: “And I don’t get it.”
