For instance, in response to shocked people asking if she and her friend were still close after marrying into her family, she showed photo evidence that they are still besties.
And yes, she's very aware that this makes her her best friend's aunt.
And although they're still super close, a person claiming to be the best friend who accidentally set them up admitted it was "very uncomfortable" for her at first.

INSIDE THE COUPLE'S LIVES
Simpson seems to be in love with her life, as most of her social media posts revolve around her family's adventures.
For instance, the Wyoming-based couple saw each other in California in March after a few weeks apart and posted a photo of themselves exploring Colorado in January.
And while Simpson is happy to show off her happy points, she's not shy about the lows she and her husband endure.
For instance, the mother of one revealed she suffered a miscarriage in both November and December of 2021.
She also said that some of her side effects included hair loss, weight fluctuation, and altering hormone levels.
"The hardest part about all of these things is that you go through it without a tiny baby to hold and make it worth it," she wrote in her emotionally raw post.
"Hold your partner or your fur babies or your other little ones.
"They make it worth all of it."
She also admitted she and her husband sought help from a doctor amid their ongoing fertility struggles, but nothing concerning was found.
"It is frustrating that there isn’t a rhyme or reason to what’s going on as well as so happy that there isn’t a bigger issue," she wrote.
"All we can do now is hope that everything works out as we move forward."
